When Does PCR Know My Account is Uncollectable?

As soon as your account is sent to us, our collectors and investigative staff complete several searches to gather information before we make contact with your customer. Through these searches we can quickly determine the potential for recovery of your money. In certain cases we may have information developed from accounts assigned by other clients against your customer. Rest assured – our interests and that of our clients are perfectly matched – if we don’t collect, we don’t get paid.

It should be noted that we may reach a decision that your account cannot be recovered within minutes of placement. Should this unfortunate circumstance occur, we will let you know so you can write-off the amount owed.
